Speedon360 EcoCycle operates today in the Greater Accra and Tema corridor. The NCCI model is proposed for expansion in phases — first across Ghana’s major economic corridors, then to additional African nations.
One model. A growing map.
Phase 1 — Ghana
● Live / Current
| Hub | Status | Focus |
|---|---|---|
| Accra (GAMA) | ● Operating | Residential & commercial collection, NIR optical sorting |
| Tema | ● Operating | Industrial processing, resin washing |
| Kumasi (KMA) | ◐ Proposed | Organic composting, Eco Grow™ production |
| Tamale (TaMA) | ◐ Proposed | Agro-waste processing for the northern belt |
Phase 2 — Burundi
◐ Proposed
Speedon360 EcoCycle proposes extending the NCCI model to Burundi as its first market outside Ghana, applying the same closed-loop recovery and informal-sector formalization approach to Burundi’s urban centers. This phase is at the proposal stage; no operations or government agreements are yet in place.
Phase 3 — Togo
◐ Proposed
Following Burundi, Togo is proposed as the third market for the NCCI model. As in Burundi, this represents a future proposal rather than a current operation or agreement.
