Across West Africa, rapid urbanization has outpaced formal waste infrastructure. Landfills are reaching capacity, recyclable material is lost every day, and the people doing the hardest part of this work — informal collectors — are left without pay protections, safety equipment, or healthcare.

Speedon360 EcoCycle exists to close that loop. Our mission is to build technology-enabled, closed-loop waste infrastructure that:

• Recovers organic and recyclable material at scale instead of landfilling it

• Converts that material into commodities the region already imports — fertilizer, industrial fuel, and packaging-grade resin

• Formalizes the informal workforce that keeps West African cities functioning, with fair pay, protective equipment, and health coverage

• Does this as a privately capitalized business — asking governments for facilitation and policy alignment, not public funding
