A Proposed Public-Private Partnership
The National Clean City Initiative (NCCI) is Speedon360 EcoCycle’s proposal for sovereign-scale circular waste infrastructure — beginning with Ghana, and envisioned for expansion across West and East Africa. It is a privately capitalized model: what we ask of government partners is regulatory facilitation and policy alignment, not public funding.

A hub-and-spoke network of Material Recovery Facilities, composting complexes, and micro-sorting buy-back hubs, converting municipal waste into three commercial product lines:
Eco Grow™ — high-nitrogen organic bio-fertilizer, reducing reliance on imported chemical fertilizer
Export-grade rPET / rHDPE resin — hot-washed recycled polymer for domestic and international manufacturers
Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF) — industrial thermal fuel displacing imported coal and heavy fuel oil
